If you found a bug in the app, please include the following information so we can help you faster:
- Your iPhone model and iOS version (e.g. iPhone 14, iOS 17.4)
- Maintena version (visible in the App Store or in app Settings)
- Detailed description of the issue
- Steps to reproduce the error (if applicable)
- Screenshots (optional but very helpful)
Frequently asked questions
Open Maintena and tap the "+" button on the main screen. Select or create the asset the reminder belongs to (e.g. "My Car"), then choose the maintenance type, date, and repeat frequency. Save it and you'll receive notifications when the date approaches.
Your data is stored primarily on your device. If you have iCloud Drive enabled and the app supports it, your data may be backed up automatically. Maintena does not use its own personal content storage servers.
Subscriptions are managed directly from your Apple account. Go to Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → select Maintena → Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the active period.
Check that notifications are enabled: go to Settings on your iPhone → Notifications → Maintena → make sure "Allow Notifications" is on. Also make sure you granted notification permission inside the app when prompted.
Maintena is built for iOS. If you have multiple devices with the same Apple ID, you can download the app on each one. Sync between devices depends on whether you have iCloud Drive enabled.
Long-press your iPhone Home Screen until icons start jiggling. Tap the "+" button in the top-left corner, search for "Maintena" in the app list, choose your preferred widget size, and tap "Add Widget."
First try using the "Restore purchases" option inside the app (usually in the Premium or Settings section). If the issue persists, make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase and contact us with your purchase receipt.
Swipe left on the item you want to delete to reveal the delete option, or open the asset/reminder detail and look for the "Delete" option in the menu. Note that this also deletes the associated history.
