1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using Maintena ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the App.
These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and the developers of Maintena. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, notifying you through the App or this website.
2. Description of service
Maintena is an iOS mobile app designed to help you manage maintenance reminders for vehicles, home, equipment, and other personal assets. The App offers:
- Creating and managing maintenance reminders
- Logging and history of completed tasks
- Upcoming task notifications
- Monthly maintenance reports
- iOS Widgets
- Premium features via subscription
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on iOS devices you own or control, subject to these Terms of Use.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or attempt to access the source code
- Use the App for commercial purposes without written authorization
- Transfer your license to third parties
4. User responsibility
You are responsible for all information you enter into the App, including asset data and maintenance records. Maintena does not verify or validate the accuracy of such information.
You must use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
5. Premium subscriptions
Maintena offers additional features via paid subscription ("Premium"). By subscribing:
- Subscriptions are managed and billed through the Apple App Store.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before expiry.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
- No refunds are issued for partial periods, except as required by applicable law or Apple's policies.
6. Service availability
We strive to keep the App available and functional. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The App may be affected by maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time, with or without notice.
7. Limitation of liability
Maintena is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- We are not responsible for data loss caused by device failures, OS updates, or external causes.
- We assume no liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the App.
- Maintenance decisions you make based on the App are your sole responsibility. Maintena is an organization tool, not a technical advisory service.
8. Intellectual property
All rights to the App, including its name, design, code, graphics, and interface, are the exclusive property of the developers of Maintena. These terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
9. Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws applicable in the developer's jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
